Property assessments are billed and collected by the City of Everett's Finance Department. For billing questions, please call Jeff Coomber and (425) 257-8749. Assessment notices are typically mailed by late July. All assessments are due and payable upon receipt. Payments received after 30 days are subject to fees and penalties.
